Referral Credit and New Customer Credit Programs
Existing Smart City Telecom Residential Fiber Internet service customers that are currently in “good standing” are eligible to receive up to a $50 referral credit for each customer referral that results in the successful installation of new Smart City Telecom Fiber Internet service (“Referral Credit”). An existing Smart City Telecom customer is considered to be in good standing when they do not currently have any past due balance(s) for service(s) with Smart City Telecom and/or any of its affiliates, and is otherwise in compliance with all terms and conditions of the applicable Smart City service(s) being provided.
In order for a referring Smart City Telecom customer to receive a Referral Credit, the new customer must provide your information at the time of their sign up for Smart City’s Fiber Internet service. The Referral Credit is limited to one (1) Referral Credit per new Smart City Telecom Fiber Internet customer account. In addition to the Referral Credit, the newly referred customer is eligible to receive up to a one-time $50 credit (“New Customer Credit”) as long as the newly referred customer remains a Smart City Telecom Fiber Internet service customer in good standing for at least 90 consecutive days following Internet service activation. The Referral Credit and New Customer Credit will be issued 90 days following the date of the new customer’s service activation.
Limited time offer. Referral Credits and New Customer Credits will expire and be revoked in the event of an interruption of Smart City Telecom Fiber Internet service due to cancellation or termination by Smart City Telecom of service to an existing or new Fiber Internet service customer for its violation of the terms and conditions of Smart City Telecom Fiber Internet service prior to issuance of the Referral Credit and/or New Customer Credit. Referral Credits and New Customer Credits may not be transferred or redeemed for cash. Referral Credits and New Customer Credits have no cash value. Refer as many friends as you like; there is no limit. Referral Credits and/or New Customer Credits are not available when a Smart City Telecom Fiber Internet service to a new customer has been disconnected within the prior six (6) months or for violation by the new customer of the terms and conditions of the Smart City Telecom service. Smart City Telecom reserves the right to modify the Referral Credit and/or New Customer Credit Programs, to suspend participation in the Programs of any customer whose actions are deemed to be in abuse or violation of the Programs, to change the Programs offers, or to cancel the Programs, without notice.
