NOTE: This service is only available in Lake Buena Vista and the Celebration area.

Smart City Centrex is a voice communication system that uses the power of the Smart City Central Office to provide internal and external communication service to businesses. Centrex eliminates the need for costly capital investment. With an array of over 100 features, Centrex customers can tailor their system to meet their individual requirements. Businesses can enlarge or scale down, without having to purchase or upgrade a PBX. All upgrades and changes are done at our Central Office. Whether a business has two lines or 100 lines, every user in the business has a unique direct telephone number. Reliability and redundancy are also built into the system so that businesses have the continuity protection they need. Digital Centrex Service is not provided in association with PBX trunks, Public Telephone Service or Foreign Exchange Service. Digital Centrex Service is offered as a customer option and is subject to availability of Smart City facilities and Central Office equipment.

Prerequisites: In order to access Smart City’s Digital Centrex Service you must be in our Service Area with a local loop into Smart City’s Central Office.
